  Dean, Sue & Ted were incredibly knowledgeable about my two computer issues, guiding me every step of the way.  From the initial diagnosis (evidently some computers have coolant to keep them cool, who knew?) to ordering the part to fixing the issue and even upgrading it, they communicated every step of the way.  Very friendly staff with the expertise to fix your computer issues.  They even helped me with a laptop battery that needed to be replaced.   Great people who know what they’re talking about. I took my pc to Best Buy 3 times in 2 months for the same problem. Best Buy couldn’t figure out.
