We are a small computer support company serving small businesses and individuals. We primarily work with Windows but we do work on Macs as well. We started in 1987 and still take care of many clients from back then.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bench Technician located in Valley Park, MO. The Bench Technician will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining equipment. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting and helping clients with Windows, Office, Email, Networking, etc. The role will include working with the general public so good interpersonal and sales skills would be a plus.
Qualifications
- Use of hand tools for assembly, repair, and maintenance
- Ability to perform troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues efficiently
- Experience in providing technical support to assist users and address technical challenges
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
- Work experience preferred
